The home inspection is designed to give the real estate agent, and prospective purchaser, a system to detect readily accessible major flaws or deficiencies in the significant components and systems of a home.

To maximize time efficiency, and to ensure all the major sections of the home are taken into consideration, we use a carefully developed and systemized approach to the inspection.

Our Whole Home Inspections adhere to the ASHI Standards, which include a thorough examination from the roof to the foundation of the home. Items included are: Grounds, Roof, Exterior, Exterior / Electrical / Heat Pump-A/C, Garage, Kitchen / Laundry Room, Bathrooms, All Other Interior Rooms, Basement, Crawlspace, Plumbing, Heating – Cooling Systems, and Electric.

The average time spent on an inspection from start to finish is about 3 hours. The inspector completes mandatory continuing education on a yearly basis, which is approved by ASHI. In addition, the inspector is insured.
